The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the 2017-18 Division II regional award winners this week, with Lynn University’s Klaudia Boczova being named the women’s tennis South Region Senior Player of the Year.
The Lynn University athletic department hosted its seventh annual Student-Athlete Recognition Awards show on Wednesday evening, handing out a record 44 awards to Fighting Knight student-athletes while also inducting the 18th Hall of Fame class.

Klaudia Boczova of the Lynn University women’s tennis team was announced as the 2018 Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year on Friday, as voted on by the league’s women’s tennis coaches. In addition, she earns a spot on the All-SSC Singles First Team and All-SSC Doubles First Team alongside Eliska Petrackova, while Federica Mordegan was tabbed to the All-SSC Singles Second Team.
